อยากให้ท่านช่วยคุยกับคนที่อาศัยในซอยเทศบาล 56 อ.วารินชำราบ ซึ่งเลี้ยงสุนัขหลายตัวและปล่อยให้ออกมานอกบ้าน
ส่งเสียงเห่าและกัดกันตอนกลางคืนดังมากทุกคืน รบกวนการพักผ่อนของเพื่อนบ้านทั้งในซอยและระแวกใกล้เคียง
